PolishGuard 5-GALLON - durable high-gloss, protective coating increases stain resistance of interior concrete floors. Ideal for steel-troweled, burnished, polished or decorative concrete and terrazzo floors exposed to accidental spills of food products, household cleaners and many industrial solutions.

Consolideck PolishGuard is a water-based, VOC-compliant, glossy, protective top coat for polished concrete floors designed for applications like grocery stores and other facilities subject to stains from spills and traffic.

PolishGuard brings superior resistance to spills of acidic liquids such as vinegar, milk, fruit juices and soft drinks, known to damage polished concrete floors. In a documented test, a polished concrete test panel protected with PolishGuard easily withstood 4 hours exposure to vinegar.

PolishGuard adds gloss to finished concrete floors, without the time and expense of abrasive polishing. Workers simply apply the protective treatment and it provides a satin finish. Installers can create higher levels of gloss, even up to mirror-finish, by burnishing PolishGuard treated floors.

PolishGuard offers contractors a high-performance alternative to solvent-based products. And it’s an improvement on hard-to-use two-component products with limited pot life.
