With all of the different choices on the market, where do you begin? Well, that depends on what we are trying to accomplish. If I am trying to create a polished concrete floor, then I would start with traditional Metal bond grinding segments. I would grind up many steps until I reached my concrete polishing pads. Here, there are many different types and some that will leave different gloss levels. Working edges you need to be very careful not to gouge or cause unnecessary grind patterns. A flexible backer pad with 3mm Polishing pads is a great option. Also could go with the newer technology in concrete polishing, and that is in ceramic bonded diamonds.
