Xylene can be used in place of toluene to thin certain oil-based paints, lacquers and varnishes. when a slower evaporation rate is desired. The xylene is an excellent cleanup solvent for tools and equipment immediately after use. Available in 1 gallon; 6pack also 5gal and 55gal.
