When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options and choices of your choice. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We are not liable for delays in shipment occasioned by strike, fire, accidents or other conditions beyond our control. All orders received after 1:00 pm EST will ship the following day. All orders are reviewed and sent through an anti-fraud process. Some orders may be delayed because of this process. Please understand this is to protect you as a consumer and also us as a supplier. Bedrock Supplies makes shipments Monday thru Friday (excluding National Holidays). Standard delivery days are Monday thru Friday (excluding National Holidays).
Bedrock is closed on the following Holidays. We can still accept orders via online but they may not ship until the next open busy day.

Any item that is over 75 lbs or too large to classify as standard FedEx or UPS 'ground' will be classified as 'heavy freight'. Deliveries classified as 'heavy freight', the customer must: Take responsibility for off-loading the delivery at a commercial address with a loading dock Or Take delivery of the order at the trucking company terminal.
All other 'heavy freight' deliveries will be charged an additional 'tailgate' delivery charge.Our Shipping Department reserves the right to route all shipments via the carrier of their choice.Requests for Expedited, Priority, Next Day or Two-Day Service will be added to the invoice.
You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund the purchase price LESS a 15% restocking fee for any unused product. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
