RS-16dc (dc denotes dust control) Rotary Sanders feature powerful 1½ HP motors with dual capacitors for maximum start up and run torque. A 16″ pad driver is included, while Clarke uses an industry standard drive hub allowing you to choose from a wide range of accessories such as paint scrapers, sanding disc assemblies, concrete grinders and scrub brushes. This variety of accessories contributes to a very good rate of return from a machine that gives professional results.

• Uses 16″ (41cm) diameter sanding discs
• Optional dust control system coupled with any standard shop vacuum greatly reduces dust issues
• Powerful 1½ HP motor rotates the pad driver at 175rpm
• ‘Wiper’ switch keeps motor contacts clean in dusty applications
• Easy release handle clamp can be hand or foot operated
• Changing accessories is simple with the three tab driver hub
• Vacuum-ready dust pipe (RS-16dc only) accepts 1½ vacuum hose to connect to most dust containment systems
